25B Exceptions
(1)
A volunteer does not commit an offence under this part.
(2)
Despite section 25(2), a senior officer of an unincorporated association (other than a volunteer) may commit an offence under this part.
(3)
The Criminal Code, section 23 does not apply to an offence under this part.
