Safety in Recreational Water Activities Act 2011

The repealed Act, part 11 continues to apply to a relevant decision made under the repealed Act as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.

Another provision of this part that would have applied to a matter if the final decision on a review or appeal under the repealed Act, part 11 had been made before the repeal of the repealed Act applies to the matter as if the final decision had been made before the repeal.

In this section—

relevant decision means a decision made under the repealed Act of a type that, after the commencement of this Act, could be made under this Act in relation to recreational water activities.
