139 Applications not finally decided
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not finally decided an application for—
(a)
a licence; or
(b)
a renewal of a licence; or
(c)
a restoration of a licence.
(2)
The chief executive must decide the application under this Act as amended by the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013.
(3)
In this section—commencement means the commencement of this section.
