21A Automatic cancellation

(1)

A licensee’s licence is cancelled if the licensee, or an associate of the licensee—

(a)

is convicted of a disqualifying offence for which a conviction is recorded; or

(b)

becomes subject to a relevant control order.

(2)

A person whose licence is cancelled under subsection (1) must return the licence to the chief executive within 14 days after the happening of the event mentioned in subsection (1).Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—20 penalty units.
