28 Chief executive must refuse to grant, or renew, licence if fingerprints have not been taken
(1)
The chief executive must refuse to grant a licence if the fingerprints of each relevant person for the application for the licence have not been taken by the Commissioner under section 27.
(2)
The chief executive must refuse to renew an unrestricted licence if the fingerprints of each relevant person for the application for the renewal have not been taken by the Commissioner under section 27.
