1 Arrangements about payment of costs and compensation
(1)
Arrangements that may be entered into between the Coordinator-General and a proponent of a project relating to the proponent’s payment to the Coordinator-General of the following for the project—
(a)
costs of taking land under this Act;
(b)
the payment of compensation payable for the land.
(2)
In this section—
costs includes operational, administrative and legal costs.
