157K Making enforcement order
(1)
The Planning and Environment Court may make an enforcement order if the court is satisfied the relevant contravention of section 84A or an enforceable condition—
(a)
is happening, or has happened; or
(b)
will happen unless the enforcement order is made.
(2)
The court may make the order whether or not an enforcement notice has been given for the contravention.
