226 Release of bond or security deposit
(1)
This section applies in relation to an investigator’s authority granted under former part 6, division 7, subdivision 1 if—
(a)
the authority expired before the commencement; and
(b)
immediately before the commencement, the Coordinator-General had not paid a bond or security deposit lodged with the Coordinator-General for the authority under former section 153.
(2)
Former section 153 continues to apply in relation to the investigator and the investigator’s authority as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
