76RO Compliance with condition
(1)
This section applies if a modification order states a condition relating to undertaking the State strategic project to which the order applies.
(2)
The proponent must, in undertaking the State strategic project, comply with the condition.
Maximum penalty—1,665 penalty units.
(3)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a contravention of a condition mentioned in subsection (1) does not affect the operation of the modification order.
