85B Application of division
This division applies to development—
(a)
to be carried out other than entirely within a State development area; and
(b)
that is not identified as SDA-related development in the approved development scheme for the State development area.
Note—
An approved development scheme may identify and regulate development as SDA-related development—see section 79A(3)(e).
