6 Other approvals and conditions
Information given under section 3(f) must include the following—
(a)
details of Commonwealth or State policies, guidelines or other instruments that are relevant to the relevant environmental impacts;
(b)
a description of any approval obtained from a Commonwealth or State entity, including any approval conditions applying to the project;
(c)
a statement identifying any other required approval;
(d)
a description of the monitoring, enforcement and review procedures applying, or proposed to apply, to the project.
