Schedule 1Matters to be addressed by EIS and IAR
7 Proponent’s environmental record
(1)
The EIS or IAR must include details of any proceeding under a law of the Commonwealth or a State for the protection of the environment or the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources (an environmental law) against—
(a)
the proponent; or
(b)
the applicant for any permit under an environmental law for the project.
(2)
If the proponent is a corporation, the EIS or IAR must include details of the corporation’s environmental policy and planning framework.
