9 Publication of amounts
(1)
The Coordinator-General must publish on the department’s website the amount of the fee for each of the matters mentioned in section 2 as worked out under part 2.
(2)
A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not limit or otherwise affect the operation of part 2.
