Additional particulars for default certificate

For the Act, section 135(h), the following are additional particulars to be stated in a default certificate for an infringement notice offence—

(a)

when and where the offence is alleged to have happened;

(b)

the infringement notice number for the offence;

(c)

the infringement notice fine for the offence;

(d)

any other known particulars that help identify the alleged offender.
