Substance use disorders—Act, s 32H

For section 32H(e) of the Act, a prescribed substance use disorder is a pattern of substance use evaluated as being moderate or severe under the DSM-5.

(2)

In this section—

DSM-5 means the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, published by the American Psychiatric Association.
