19AM Amending approvals
(1)
The registrar may amend an approval of an approved sponsor with the agreement of the sponsor.
(2)
However, the registrar must not agree to an amendment if, because of the amended approval, the sponsor would not be eligible to be an approved sponsor under section 19AI.
