Application of Act

In force

This Act applies to a person, whether or not—

(a)

the person—

(i)

was born in the State; or

(ii)

was born before or after the commencement of this section; or

(iii)

is a child; or

(b)

the person’s father or mother has ever been domiciled in the State.
