for land subject to a GHG injection and storage lease under the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009—the holder of the lease; or
for land subject to a geothermal production lease under the Geothermal Energy Act 2010—the holder of the lease; or
for a road, stock route or other land under a local government’s control—the local government; or
for a conservation park under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 for which there are trustees—the trustees; or
for State-controlled land—the State; and
for a thing that has been seized under chapter 7, part 2, includes a person who would be entitled to possession of the thing had it not been seized.

a conservation park under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, that, under that Act, is not placed under the management of trustees;
a State forest or timber reserve under the Forestry Act 1959;
a State-controlled road.
