for a mining claim or lease under the Mineral Resources Act 1989—the holder of the claim or lessee; or

for land subject to a lease under the Petroleum Act 1923 or the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004—the lessee; or

for land subject to a GHG injection and storage lease under the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009—the holder of the lease; or

for land subject to a geothermal production lease under the Geothermal Energy Act 2010—the holder of the lease; or

for a road, stock route or other land under a local government’s control—the local government; or

for a conservation park under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 for which there are trustees—the trustees; or

for State-controlled land—the State; and

for a thing that has been seized under chapter 7, part 2, includes a person who would be entitled to possession of the thing had it not been seized.

a national park (scientific), national park, national park (Aboriginal land), national park (Torres Strait Islander land) or resources reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 1992;

a conservation park under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, that, under that Act, is not placed under the management of trustees;

a State forest or timber reserve under the Forestry Act 1959;

a State-controlled road.

a bridge or water crossing for use by travelling stock;

a gate, grid or signage to assist persons moving stock.
