61B Application of pt 5A
(1)
This part applies to a child—
(a)
whether the child was born in Queensland or elsewhere; and
(b)
whether the child was born before or after the commencement of this part.
(2)
This part applies to an appointment made by will whether the will was made before or after the commencement of this part.
