3 Regions for collective contracts—Act, s 237
(1)
For section 237(4) of the Act, definition region, each part of the State made up of the local government areas stated in schedule 1, column 2, opposite the name of a region, is prescribed as a region.
(2)
Each region has the name stated in schedule 1, column 1.
Note—
The local government areas of Burdekin, Cassowary Coast, Hinchinbrook and Whitsunday are in more than 1 region.
