19P Meaning of sell for division
(1)
This section applies for the application, to this division, of the definition sell in the dictionary.
(2)
A person does not keep or expose for sale or offer to sell a controlled vehicle to a child under 16 years only because the person keeps or exposes for sale or offers to sell controlled vehicles to the public generally.
