32 Vacancy in office
The office of an appointed member becomes vacant if the appointed member—
(a)
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
(b)
is disqualified from continuing as an appointed member under section 33; or
(c)
resigns office by signed notice given to the Minister; or
(d)
is removed from office as an appointed member.
