QSuper Board to be registered as proprietary company

QSuper Board is a deemed registration company for the purposes of the Corporations Act, section 5H.

(2)

For the Corporations Act, section 5H(1)(b)—

(a)

QSuper Board is to be taken to be registered on the day (the registration day) declared by the Minister under section 45; and

(b)

QSuper Board is to be registered as a proprietary company limited by shares; and

(c)

QSuper Board’s proposed name is ‘QSuper Board Pty Ltd’.
