17 Establishment
(1)
The Queensland Sentencing Information Service (QSIS) is established.
(2)
The purpose of establishing QSIS is to provide a database of sentencing information (the QSIS database) to help with the administration of the criminal justice system by, for example, helping the courts achieve consistency in sentencing.
