43 Public trustee’s fees for involvement
(1)
The public trustee may charge fees for taking steps under section 41(3) or (6) or for acting as trustee under section 42.
(2)
The personal representative must pay to the public trustee out of the testator’s estate any fees charged by the public trustee under subsection (1) and any fees or costs incurred by the public trustee in taking steps under section 41(3) or (6) or in acting as trustee under section 42.
