This section applies if QCAT decides the registrant has engaged in professional misconduct and decides to take disciplinary action against the registrant.

As soon as practicable after QCAT makes its decision about the disciplinary action, the board must record in the relevant register—

for a decision to impose disciplinary conditions on the registrant’s registration or registration endorsement—the details of the conditions; or

for a decision to suspend a registration or registration endorsement—the period for which it is suspended; or

for a decision to cancel a registration or registration endorsement—

the date it was cancelled; and

any conditions imposed by QCAT on the registrant’s re-application for registration.
