136 Power to require information or attendance
For carrying out an investigation, an investigator may, by written notice given to a person, require the person—
(a)
to give stated information to the investigator within a stated reasonable time and in a stated reasonable way; or
(b)
to attend before the investigator at a stated reasonable time and place—
(i)
to answer questions; or
(ii)
to produce a stated thing.
