16 Disqualification from membership
A person can not become, or continue as, a member if the person—
(a)
is an insolvent under administration; or
(b)
is, or has been, convicted of an indictable offence (including an indictable offence dealt with summarily) or an offence against this Act or the repealed Act and the conviction is not a spent conviction.
