Surveyors Act 2003

A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under this Act may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.

Also, a person whose application the board is taken, under section 53 or 58, to have decided to refuse to grant may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the decision.

Note—

Section 53 deals with applications for registrations and registration endorsements and section 58 deals with applications for renewal of registrations and registration endorsements.
