The board must—

publish the competency frameworks on the board’s website on the internet; andEditor’s note—

keep a copy of each competency framework and any document applied, adopted or incorporated by the framework available for inspection without charge, during normal business hours at the board’s office; andEditor’s note—

The board’s office is at Kenlynn Centre, Unit 18, Level 4, 457 Upper Edward Street, Spring Hill.

if asked by a person and on payment of any fee decided by the board, give the person a copy of a competency framework.
