42 Record of accredited entities
(1)
The board must keep a record stating each of the following—
(a)
the name of each accredited entity;
(b)
the contact details for the entity;
(c)
the type of competency for which the entity is accredited.
(2)
The board must—
(a)
keep the record available for inspection, without charge, during normal business hours at the board’s office; and
(b)
if asked by a person and on payment of any fee decided by the board, give the person a copy of all or part of the record.
