57 Steps to be taken after application decided

(1)

If the board decides to grant the application, it must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give the applicant a written notice stating—

(a)

the board’s decision; and

(b)

the term for which the registration or registration endorsement is renewed.

(2)

If the board decides to refuse to grant the application, it must as soon as practicable after making the decision—

(a)

give the applicant an information notice about the decision; and

(b)

refund the registration fee paid by the applicant.
