68 Register
The board must keep a register for surveyors, surveying graduates, surveying associates and emeritus surveyors.
A register may be kept in the way the board considers appropriate, including, for example, in an electronic form.
A register must contain the particulars prescribed under a regulation and may include other particulars decided by the board.
A person may—
free of charge, inspect the information contained in the publicly available part of a register at the board’s office during normal business hours; andEditor’s note—

on payment of any fee decided by the board, obtain a copy of the information from the board.
A registrant’s address may be contained in the publicly available part of a register only with the registrant’s written consent.
The board may publish details contained in the publicly available part of a register at the times and in the way decided by the board.
