90 Board’s notice, and implementation, of its decision on investigation

As soon as practicable after deciding to refer the matter to a professional conduct review panel, the board must—

(a)

give written notice of the decision to—

(i)

the registrant; and

(ii)

if the investigation was the result of a complaint, the complainant; and

(b)

refer the matter to a professional conduct review panel.
