56 TABQ directors’ immunity
(1)
A director of TABQ does not incur any civil liability for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purpose of complying with a direction of the Act Ministers given under section 11 or 16.
(2)
A liability that would, apart from subsection (1), attach to a director of TABQ attaches instead to the State.
(3)
This section has effect despite the Corporations Law.
