13 Functions
The board has the following functions for TAFE Queensland—
(a)
to ensure it operates in accordance with its operational plan and, as far as possible, achieves the performance targets and objectives stated in the plan;
(b)
to account to the Minister for its performance as required under an Act;
(c)
to ensure it otherwise performs its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way.
