33 Preservation of rights of TAFE Queensland employee appointed to public service
(1)
This section applies to a person who—
(a)
is appointed as a public service employee; and
(b)
was, immediately before taking up the appointment, an employee of TAFE Queensland.
(2)
The person’s service as an employee of TAFE Queensland must be regarded as service as a public service employee.
