45 Relationship with FA Act plan
(1)
The requirements stated in this division apply in addition to the requirements for the operational plan under the FA Act.
(2)
If there is an inconsistency between a requirement under this division and a requirement under the FA Act, a requirement under this division prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
