65 Protection from liability
(1)
This section applies to the following persons—
(a)
the Minister;
(b)
the chief executive;
(c)
a member;
(d)
the chief executive officer;
(e)
an employee of TAFE Queensland;
(f)
a person performing work for TAFE Queensland under a mobility arrangement.
(2)
The person is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.
(3)
If subsection (2) prevents a liability attaching to the person, the liability attaches instead to the State.
