5 Saving of operation of particular provisions of expired regulation
(1)
Sections 29 and 42 of the expired regulation are declared to be laws to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20A applies.
(2)
In this section—
expired regulation means the expired TAFE Queensland Regulation 2013 as in force before the commencement.
