Taxation Administration Act 2001

This division applies despite any other provision of this Act or another Act or law.

This division does not limit the extent to which reportable information may be collected or disclosed under another provision of this Act or another Act or law.

Information may be collected and disclosed under this division even if—

the information is collected only for the purpose of disclosure to the commissioner of taxation and not collected under or in relation to the administration of any law of the State (other than this division); and

the information is not disclosed in connection with the administration or execution of any law of the State (other than this division).
