171 Repealed Act continues as revenue law
(1)
Despite its repeal, the repealed Act is taken to continue to be a revenue law under section 6.
Note—See also the Community Ambulance Cover Levy Repeal Act 2011, section 6 and part 2, division 2, subdivision 2.
(2)
Despite its repeal, section 141 of the repealed Act continues to apply in relation to how this Act applies to the repealed Act.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20A.
