75 What is a non-reviewable decision
(1)
A non-reviewable decision is a decision or determination that, under a provision of a tax law, is declared to be a non-reviewable decision.
(2)
In this section—decision includes a decision or conduct leading up to or forming part of the process of making a decision or determination.
