14 Eligible authority to keep documents connected with issue of part 2-5 warrants
The chief officer of an eligible authority must cause the following to be kept in the authority’s part 2-5 warrant records—
each approval to exercise the authority conferred by part 2-5 warrants given under section 55(3) of the Commonwealth Act;
each appointment of an officer of the eligible authority to be an approving officer made under section 55(4) of the Commonwealth Act;
each part 2-5 warrant issued to the authority;
a copy of each document, other than a document mentioned in section 10(2), given by the PIM to an officer of the eligible authority under part 2 in relation to the issue of the part 2-5 warrant;
a copy of each notification given to the secretary of the Commonwealth department under section 59A(2) of the Commonwealth Act;
each instrument revoking a part 2-5 warrant;
a copy of each certificate issued under section 61(4) of the Commonwealth Act by a certifying officer of the authority;
each appointment of an officer of the eligible authority to be an authorising officer made under section 66(4) of the Commonwealth Act;
each authorisation by the chief officer, or an authorising officer of the eligible authority, given under section 66(2) of the Commonwealth Act.
