110 Definitions for div 6
In this division—
appeal period, for a refusal to approve a cultural heritage management plan for which there is no endorsed party, means the 30 days immediately after the chief executive gives the sponsor the written notice notifying the refusal.
party—
to an objection to a refusal to approve a cultural heritage management plan for which there is no endorsed party—means each of the following—
the sponsor;
the chief executive; or
to a referral of a cultural heritage management plan to the Land Court for approval—means each of the following—
each consultation party for the plan;
the chief executive.
