38 Establishment of database
(1)
The chief executive must establish and keep the Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Database.
(2)
The chief executive may keep the database in the form or forms the chief executive considers to be the most appropriate in the circumstances for achieving the purpose of establishing the database.
