17 Counting proxies for quorum
(1)
In deciding whether a quorum is present at a meeting of the land trust, an individual attending the meeting as a proxy is counted.
(2)
However, if a person has appointed more than 1 proxy for a particular meeting, only 1 of the proxies is counted.
(3)
If an individual is attending a particular meeting both as a member of the land trust and as a proxy for 1 or more persons, the individual is counted only twice.
(4)
If an individual who is not a member of the land trust is attending a particular meeting as a proxy for 1 or more persons, the individual is counted only once.
