103 Existing applications
(1)
This section applies in relation to the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement—
(a)
an application for registration made under section 20;
(b)
an application for the renewal of a registration made under section 22.
(2)
The commissioner must decide the application under part 3 as in force from the commencement.
