14 When applicant is not a suitable person
The applicant is not a suitable person to hold registration if the applicant, or an associated person of the applicant—
(a)
is an individual who is under 18; or
(b)
is an insolvent under administration; or
(c)
has been convicted of a disqualifying offence within the last 5 years; or
(d)
has breached an undertaking accepted by the commissioner under part 7 of this Act, or the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), chapter 5, part 5-1, division 1, within the last 5 years; or
(e)
is a corporation that is a Chapter 5 body corporate under the Corporations Act.
