Decision on application
21 Decision on application
The commissioner must consider the application for registration and—
grant registration, with or without conditions; or
refuse to grant registration.
However, the commissioner must not consider the application unless it is properly made under section 20.
If the commissioner decides to grant registration, the commissioner must grant registration for the term stated in the application for registration.
If the commissioner decides to refuse to grant registration, the commissioner must—
give the applicant a QCAT information notice for the decision within 14 days after the decision is made; and
refund the registration issue fee paid by the applicant, if any.
